A robbery has taken place in Royal Oak Way South, Daventry.
Between 5pm and 5.45pm yesterday (Monday, 12 January), the victim was walking through an underpass when she was approached by a group of about five or six men. One of the men demanded she hand over her mobile phone while the others surrounded her.
When she gave him her phone, he threw it on the floor and pushed her over. The victim, who was not injured, then picked up her phone and ran away.
The men were all aged in their early to mid-20s. The main suspect was white, about 22-years-old, 5ft 11in, with an average build. He was wearing a black zipped jacket with an orange emblem on the front, and a brown woolly beanie hat with a bobble on top.
