A budget supermarket - which has a branch in Daventry - has recalled one of its meat products.
Heron Foods, in Daventry High Street, is recalling its Basted Turkey Breast Joint because a production error means that some packs contain turkey roulette wrapped in bacon, which contains sulphur dioxide not mentioned on the packaging.
This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with a sensitivity to sulphur dioxide and/or sulphites.
The batch affected has a best before date of the end of November 2016.
All customers who have bought this product can return it to Heron Foods for a full refund.
A spokesman for Heron Foods said that no other products have been affected and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
