An angry punter who was kicked out of a Northamptonshire pub returned with a wooden pole to smash the front door while it was still full of customers.
Northamptonshire Police has released the CCTV footage of a man running towards the front door of the Bantam Cock in Abington Square, Northampton in the early hours of Sunday morning, in a bid to trace him.
A police spokesman said the man was reportedly asked to leave the pub shortly before 1.30am and allegedly returned with a wooden pole and hit the glass panel on the front door causing to windows to smash. The man then ran off.
The force has also released pictures of the man they wish to trace, taken while he was in the venue.
