Staff and visitors at a restaurant design firm in Daventry raised a glass to mark the 25th anniversary of the business.
Catering Design Group (CDG) was established on Christmas Eve in 1990 by Philip Howard, the current managing director, with only one other member of staff.
During its 25th anniversary year, the business enjoyed a 25 per cent increase in staff, continuing its strategy to evolve the business organically, with sustainable growth.
This included two positions for a business development director and creative director, together with three internal promotions across the management team.
Mr Howard, the managing director at Catering Design Group, said: “Hospitality has always been in my blood.
“I’ve spent my entire career in the hospitality industry and have a genuine passion and commitment to it.”
He also revealed there were ambitious growth plans for the firm to double its turnover in five years.
“We will continue to love what we do and do best, which is working closely with other passionate people in the industry to assist our clients as they grow.”
