One Campion School student has plenty of cause to celebrate after receiving 11 A* grades in their GCSE results bundle this morning.
This year’s batch of year 11 students at the Bugbrooke school achieved an increase in A* to A grades in Maths on the 2014 results, as well as an increase in the top grades in biology, business, English language, film studies, physical education, and resistant materials.
There were many outstanding performances too, which included one 16-year-old student, Lucy Adams, who achieved an A* in all 11 subjects and 18 other students who have achieved at least eight A* to A grades.
Head teacher, Claire Whitmore, said: “Today’s results demonstrate the dedication of our highly motivated students and the commitment of our staff.
“I thank all colleagues, and parents too, for providing their continued support and inspiration to our young people which has enabled them to achieve these super outcomes.”
